OUR STORY
Every grand journey begins small.
Ours began with a simple belief—that genuine hospitality can turn every arrival into something meaningful.
One step became a direction.
With purpose, care and the courage to move forward, a modest beginning found its path.
Built through patience and perseverance.
Every challenge strengthened our resolve, shaping a vision that grew steadily with time.
The path led to Chinar.
Rooms, cottages and open gardens — a quieter address in the Murree Hills. A Deluxe Room, a Club Suite and a two-bedroom Executive Cottage; Chinar Restaurant and an outdoor barbecue — Hotel Road, Bhurban, a short climb from the city.
Royal Swiss, the gateway to Lahore.
Five suites, three dining rooms and a spa — moments from the airport. Dastarkhawan, Swiss Café and Moods; a boardroom built for business and a ballroom built for celebration — Lahore's grand address, kept close to everything.
Grand Unicorn Club, revealed in full.
Rooms, courts, a pool and a banquet hall — the first estate, in Islamabad. Sixty keys and a day built for staying: padel and squash courts, a banquet hall for four hundred, and a fountain courtyard that never quite empties.
And the journey continues.
Grounded in where we began and inspired by what lies ahead, we continue creating destinations worth remembering.
[ Grand Unicorn — a world of hospitality ]
One name.
Three worlds.
Grand Unicorn brings together three distinct experiences across hospitality, leisure, and destination living. Each brand carries its own atmosphere, yet all are connected by one idea: thoughtful spaces created for how people arrive, stay, gather, dine, and remember.

Inside Royal Swiss
Royal Swiss — Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

Three storeys wrap around one chandelier, and everyone passing through — arriving, checking out, or just crossing the marble — gets a moment under it.

Cakes, coffee and a menu chalked up by hand — the café is where the hotel stops behaving like a hotel and starts behaving like a neighbourhood spot.
Pedicure chairs on one side, a barber's row on the other — Royal Swiss keeps the two just far enough apart that neither interrupts the other.

Twenty leather chairs, a table long enough to seat all of them, and Lahore through the blinds at the far end — built for the meetings that decide things.

[ The Story ]
It opened as Lahore’s answer to the arrival — the first grand address most guests reach, close enough to the runway that a delayed flight is barely an inconvenience.

Inside Grand Unicorn Club
Grand Unicorn Club — B-17 Islamabad

The courts are the loudest part of the building, and the least like a hotel — padel and squash, and a game that carries on long after the lobby has gone quiet.

A club earns its name on ordinary weeknights, not only on the night of the wedding. This is the half of the building that expects you back.

The gym is the least romantic room in the building and the most honest one. No staging, no flowers — just equipment, early light, and people who came to use it.
The pool is where the day slows. It shares a roof with the banquet hall and the meeting rooms, which is rather the point: a whole day’s worth of reasons not to leave.

[ The Story ]
It began with a refusal to be two buildings — a hotel on one side, a health club on the other. B-17 holds both behind a single gate, so a morning on the court and an evening at the table belong to the same address.

Inside Chinar
Chinar Resort — Hotel Road, Bhurban

A separate sitting room, its own quiet corner apart from the bed — the kind of extra space that turns a weekend away into something less rushed.

Bhurban keeps its own weather. Some mornings the valley is gone entirely, replaced by cloud, and the resort waits for it to lift.
Dinner moves outside the moment the weather allows it — the mountain air does more for an appetite than any menu.

The grounds aren't dressed up to look wild — they're the actual forest, with a path laid through it rather than around it.

[ The Story ]
It was built on the idea that a mountain break shouldn’t require a mountaineer — Bhurban is close enough to reach by afternoon, and quiet enough that the city takes the rest of the day to let go.
Chinar
[ The Build ]
A Deluxe Room, a Club Suite and a two-bedroom Executive Cottage; a restaurant, an outdoor barbecue and a garden built for picnics — all of it strung along Hotel Road in the Murree Hills.
